18. Patient shall pay the total package fees of hospital to the hospital directly or through MCS Payment methods.
19. Patient shall intimate to their treatment schedule to MCS MEDICAL TOURISM (A UNIT OF MODERN CONCEPTS AND SOLUTIONS LLP) within the marginal schedule with the token advance as per the hospital policies disclosed by MCS MEDICAL TOURISM (A UNIT OF MODERN CONCEPTS AND SOLUTIONS LLP).
20. The Patient shall be binding to reach for his/her treatment as per their disclosed schedule, If any change in their disclosed schedule, then patient should intimate to MCS MEDICAL TOURISM (A UNIT OF MODERN CONCEPTS AND SOLUTIONS LLP).
21. This Agreement and the patient therein shall be governed by laws of India and all disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to jurisdiction of Court in Perinthalmanna, Malappuram, Kerala, India only.
22. Both parties understand and shall endeavor to make it clear to the patient and his/her companion(s) shall abide by the terms listed in the consent forms of the hospital to be signed at the time of admission and any dispute or difference of any nature shall also be govermed by laws of India only and be subject to jurisdiction of Court in Perinthalmanna, Malappuram, Kerala, India. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country before commencing travel. All baggage’s & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.

In case of changes in the rates quoted by hotel and hospital, MCS MEDICAL TOURISM (A UNIT OF MODERN CONCEPTS AND SOLUTIONS LLP) can change the rates quoted according to the modifications by hotels or Hospital without any prior notice. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and checkout time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
27. MCS MEDICAL TOURISM(A UNIT OF MODERN CONCEPTS AND SOLUTIONS LLP) shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting-directly or indirectly-from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
28. By using the medical services offered by MCS MEDICAL TOURISM (A UNIT OF MODERN CONCEPTS AND SOLUTIONS LLP), You signify your acceptance to keep your medical records and personal information with us. And the retention period of the data is 2 years.
29. In regard to refund of unused/unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance), the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy sent to you with the itinerary and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2-4 weeks due to Indian banking procedures.

1. Death of patient despite proper treatment.
2. Improper response to treatment by the patient, which would entail sending him back to his hometown.

4. Any act or omission, which is one beyond the scope of this agreement.
