    • Discharge summary
    • Diagnostic reports (blood work, imaging, etc.)
    • Surgery/procedure details
    • Medication list and follow-up plan
  • All documents are securely emailed or uploaded to patient portal
  • Translations available (on request) for non-English speaking patients

3. Medicine & Medical Supply Support

  • Assistance in sourcing prescribed medicines post-discharge
  • International shipping coordination for long-term medications or specialty drugs
  • Guidance on equivalent medications available in the home country

4. Rehabilitation & Therapy Guidance

  • Online sessions or instructions for:
    • Physiotherapy
    • Speech therapy
    • Post-surgical exercises
  • Ongoing wellness support for chronic conditions or post-treatment recovery

5. 24×7 Patient Support Desk

  • International patient coordinators remain in touch for:
    • Questions/clarifications about treatment
    • Help with documents for insurance claims or embassy needs
    • Emotional support & second opinion if complications arise

6. Follow-Up Reminders & Care Timeline

  • Automated email/WhatsApp reminders for:
    • Follow-up appointments
    • Lab test schedules
    • Vaccination timelines (if applicable)

7. Local Doctor Collaboration (Optional)

  • Support in sharing Indian treatment records with the patient’s home doctor
  • Joint consultations (with consent) between Indian doctor and local physician

8. Ayurveda & Lifestyle Follow-Up

  • Post-Ayurveda wellness consultation
  • Diet/lifestyle plans shared via email or WhatsApp
  • Guidance on maintenance therapies at home
