MediWell 2025 Medical Tourism Conference, B2B (Business-to-Business) & fam tour is designed to foster international collaboration and growth in the medical tourism industry. This Payment Policy outlines the procedures and expectations for registration, payments, cancellations, and refunds for all attendees & sponsors involved in the conference, B2B meetings & Sponsorship.

1. Payment Methods
MediWell 2025 accepts the following payment methods:
Bank Transfers: Direct bank transfers (international payments accepted).
Online Payment Platforms: Payments through secure third-party platforms

2. Registration Fees
Conference& B2B Passes: All attendees must pay a registration fee in the official MediWell 2025 brochure.
Early Bird Discounts: Discounted rates may be available for early registration. These discounts are available for a limited time and must be paid in full at the time of registration to qualify.

3. Payment Deadlines
Full Payment at Registration: All payments for conference & B2B meetings, and sponsorship must be made in full at the time of registration.

4. B2B Meetings and Sponsorship
Conference & B2B Meeting Fees: These fees must be paid in full at the time of booking, and meeting schedules will only be confirmed once payment is received.
Sponsorship Packages: Sponsors must pay the agreed-upon fee based on their sponsorship package.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by Attendees:
Before January 15 2025: A 50% refund will be issued if the registration is cancelled.
After January 15, 2025: No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
Sponsorship Cancellations: Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once the registration is completed.
Cancellation by MediWell: If MediWell is forced to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be refunded in full or given the option to apply the payment to a future event. MediWell is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by attendees.

6. Tax Information
All registration fees and sponsorship amounts are subject to applicable taxes. MediWell will provide invoices that include the tax breakdown for participants to submit to their respective accounting departments.

7. Changes to Payment Policy
MediWell reserves the right to modify this Payment Policy as necessary. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to all registered participants and published on the official event website.
