Procedure
Rasayana chikitsa is a therapeutic procedure which includes massage with herbal oils or powders, internal rejuvenative medications, medicated steam baths and herbal baths. It basically comprises of rejuvenation of not just the physical, but also the mental and spiritual health. It is given for ninety minutes to two hours everyday and goes on daily for 7 to 14 days.
